We ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium free of charge for orders over €69. For orders under €69, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.

DispoPet ships all orders with DPD. At the time of shipment, DPD will send you the track & trace link to the email address you provided.

We ship packages to, among others:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany

Should you wish to place an order in another EU country, this is possible. Please contact us for delivery terms and rates.

When you, as a consumer, make a purchase from a webshop, you are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day you receive the order. You therefore have the right to return your order to the webshop within 14 calendar days (without giving any reason). After registering the return, you have another 14 days to return the order in good condition.

As legally stipulated, you can return your order to DispoPet within 14 calendar days. Our condition is that the product is undamaged, in its original packaging (if reasonably possible), and without signs of use (e.g., opened sealing).

If the shipment concerns a piece of clothing (for example, a Copperbody), it may be removed from the packaging to check the size by holding it next to your pet to verify the fit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of clothing that has been worn. If we find that a returned item has been worn and, for example, is full of hair or is soiled, stained, or washed, we cannot accept the return and will charge costs for the depreciation. If the product has become unsellable, you can choose to have the product sent back to you. The costs for this will be at your own expense.

If you wish to return your order, please email klantenservice@dispopet.nl, and we will send you a link that allows you to return the shipment at a reduced rate.

Please include a copy of the packing slip/invoice with your return shipment so that we know who the shipment is from.

Once we have received your return in good order (undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging), we will instruct the payment provider to refund the purchase amount to the account number from which the purchase was made. No refunds will be processed before the items have actually been returned to DispoPet B.V.
